Company founders and entrepreneurs are unique breeds – passionate about their business idea, prepared to work every hour of every day to make it succeed and desperate for those around them to follow them on their journey. At the same time, they are often incredibly lonely and frustrated as their brilliant business idea takes them into a new, unfamiliar world in which they rarely feel understood.

Good coaching or a “professional best friend” can be a power for good at all stages of an entrepreneur’s journey and this type of work forms an increasing part of my practice. In addition, I combine my coaching work with a small number of non-executive roles. Here, I blend my commercial experience with my coaching skills to enable entrepreneurs and their leadership teams make better decisions and thereby maximise their growth potential.

My experience of working with entrepreneurs and being a non-Executive director in a number of technology start-ups leaves me well placed to support your coaching needs.
